About the Studio
Capstone Catalyst Studio is the applied research and development arm of Capstone People Advisory. Where the consulting practice diagnoses and guides organizational people strategy, the Studio builds the tools that make that strategy usable: templates, frameworks, and published works designed once and applied many times.
Small and midsize businesses rarely have the internal capability to build strategic HR infrastructure from scratch, and most guidance written for children skips the reasoning behind the behavior it asks for. The Studio closes both gaps: documents that give growing companies a structured people strategy foundation, and a picture book series that gives children, and the adults reading with them, a grounded framework for character.
